The courses offered are as follows:

Fundamentals of Project Success (2 or 3 day)

A practical, highly interactive workshop, that focuses on a selection of your organizational projects, while learning the fundamentals for successful project management.  TMG has a unique approach to applying concepts to organizational projects, and the work group sessions and exercises have been very popular and effective in learning best practices in project management.

Project Management for Health and Clinical Services (2 days)

Using the same practical approach as the fundamentals course, we are able to focus and work on real life health and social service projects only, as well as address the unique challenges experienced in health driven projects.

Write Your PMP® Exam with Confidence (5 days)

Based on the current version of the PMBOK® framework, this in-depth course will focus on what you need to know to pass the PMP.  Filled with hints, tips, 100’s of exam questions, and many exercises to increase your confidence in writing the PMP exam, this course will greatly reduce the study time you require to pass your PMP exam, and greatly increase your confidence.

Implementing and Sustaining a Project Management Office  (2 or 3 days)

Introducing the concepts of a multi-stepped approach to implementing a project management office, as well as ensuring continued value to the organization.

Certificate in Comprehensive Project Management (8 days)

A 360 degree look at all aspects of the current project management framework, balanced with a capstone project that is utilized across three modules, for optimum learning results.  This course runs in an open enrolment setting at Saint Mary's University, Sobey School of Business, on a regular basis, in the spring and fall of each year.  The 8 day course is one of our most popular courses, and the three modules assist you in learning as well as providing a week in between the modules to ease the time away from your office.

 Microsoft Project Software Training ( 2 days)

A hands-on course that provides a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Project 2010 and 2013 environments,  from proper setup of a project, to resource management, and project control and tracking.  A very popular part of this course is the understanding of how you can set up a master project file to manage multiple projects.  This is key to managing your resource allocations and capacity.
